Programming and Events

Host Workshops and Webinars

Create Professional Development programming for our Members
Partner with us on professional development workshops such as (Managing Up, Networking, Salary Negotiations, Personal Finance and Investing) or Research Skills Workshops including by not limited to Coding and Policy Analysis.

Career Fair Recruitment

Identify talent at our Annual Conferences and adjacent events

We have many opportunities to engage with our attendees and professional network: An Evening of Networking and Research Excellence on Thursday and/or the Career Fair Recruitment during the annual conference. We also have a package that allows for both, especially for institutions that will be sending a representative that fits our intended demographic. Please note that we are currently at capacity for the 2020 Conference.

Academic and Job Opportunities

Work with us to bring Black women to your institution
Arrange informal interviews, Institutional Visitation Days, and much more; share opportunities for our members, which range from high school students through post-doctoral fellows using info@sadiecollective.org; or partner with us to create opportunities for Black women interested summer or post-baccalaureate research.

Institutional Partnership

Ensure the longevity of the Collective as an Institutional Partner
Each year, we partner with an institution or institution(s) to host our annual conference which brings together hundreds of Black women from across the nation as well as economic leaders across industry, policy, and academia. By being an institutional sponsor, you will be a thought partner and involved in every aspect of event preparation and execution and reap the rewards of visibility and access to The Collective and its members
