Every year at our annual conference, The Sadie Collective highlights and celebrates the research of our diverse community. We prioritize undergraduates to embed a culture of community and support around their research aspirations. All participants are provided a mentor who assists them with preparation.

 

We aim to unite people, especially Black women, across various career stages to share resources, network, and advocate for visibility and equity in the fields of economics, finance, policy, and data science. ​​​
